𝘐𝘙𝘝𝘐𝘕𝘌, 𝘊𝘈 – April 9, 2025 – Telesair, Inc., a medical technology company specializing in innovative respiratory care solutions, today announced the appointment of Matt Margolies as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Margolies brings decades of executive leadership experience in the medical device and healthcare sectors, with a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and successful strategic transactions.

Margolies joins Telesair from MGC Diagnostics, where he served as President for ten of his twelve years with the company. During his tenure, he significantly increased topline revenue and guided the company through a transition from public to private equity ownership, culminating in a successful sale to CAIRE.

Prior to MGC Diagnostics, Margolies held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Cardinal Health, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CardioNet, Inc., and President of the Respiratory Diagnostics team at Cardinal Health-VIASYS Healthcare. Earlier in his career, he excelled in progressive leadership positions at Covidien Health Imaging and Mallinckrodt, consistently demonstrating expertise in sales management, marketing strategy, and team building.
